Foundiry is a private workspace. Customers upload their own material — decks, documents, logos, images — and it is visible only to their team and to anyone they explicitly share a link with. We do not host a public gallery, we do not index customer uploads, and nothing a customer uploads is served to the open web by default.

That does not make us indifferent to what is uploaded. If someone has put your copyrighted work here without permission, tell us and we will act.

Write to security@foundiry.com with the subject line “DMCA takedown”. To be actionable, your notice must include all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed — or, for multiple works, a representative list.
• Identification of the material you want removed, specific enough for us to find it. A share link, a workspace name and a file name; "somewhere on your site" is not something we can act on.
• Your address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

An incomplete notice is not ignored. We will tell you what is missing so you can complete it, because a defective notice does not start the clock on our obligations and neither of us benefits from that being a surprise.

• We acknowledge receipt within two business days.
• We expeditiously disable access to the identified material, and revoke any share links pointing at it.
• We notify the customer whose workspace it was in, and send them a copy of your notice including your contact details — this is required, so do not send anything in a notice you are unwilling to have forwarded.
• We tell them how to counter-notify.

Disabling access is not deletion of the customer’s workspace. We remove access to the specific material identified, not to everything they have ever stored.

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and where it was before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address and telephone number.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the United States, any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who sent the original notice.

We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore the material.

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe. What counts as repeated is a judgement we make on the facts, not a fixed counter — but it is a real policy and not decoration, and it is a condition of the safe harbour we rely on.

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — is liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be sure before you send either kind of notice.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. That includes stock images used outside their licence, fonts, screenshots of other products, and material an agency produced for you where the contract left copyright with them. Uploading material you do not have the right to upload breaches the terms of service.

Notices sent by any other route — the contact form, support, a message in the Discord — may not reach the right person quickly, and only this address is monitored for them.
