Foundiry is the software a company used to prepare and share material. It is not the author of that material, has not verified it, and is not offering you anything.

Draft — not yet in force. This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is published for transparency during the invite-only beta, not as a binding agreement. The following still have to be supplied before it can take effect: registered company name, company registration number, registered office address, governing law, jurisdiction for disputes, data-protection contact address, EU representative (where required). The operative terms during the beta are the ones issued on request — ask us.

1.This applies to two different people

Read the clause that describes you. Founders sharing material are bound by clause 2; investors and other recipients reading it should read clause 3.

2.If you are the founder sharing

Anything you share through Foundiry is your statement to the recipient, not ours. You are responsible for its accuracy and for complying with the securities and marketing law that applies to you.

Check the numbers. Derived figures are calculated from the inputs you supplied — correct inputs give correct outputs, and wrong ones do not announce themselves.
Review generated text before sharing it. See the AI disclaimer.
Sharing material is not the same as making an offer of securities, and this product does not make you compliant with the rules that govern one. If you are raising, take your own legal advice on what you may say, to whom, and in which jurisdiction.
Choose recipients and scopes deliberately. You control what each link exposes, when it expires, and can revoke it at any time.

3.If you are the investor or recipient

The material you are viewing was prepared and published by the company that sent you the link. Foundiry has not authored, audited, verified or endorsed any of it. We provide the software; the company provides the content.

Nothing shared through this product is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, and nothing here is investment advice.
Financial figures are unaudited and derived from figures the company entered. Some sections may be model-generated drafts.
Forward-looking statements — projections, runway, planned milestones — are estimates about an uncertain future, not commitments.
